Adding hill running to your routine is an excellent way to build strength, endurance and speed. This workout is intended to incorporate both speed work and hill work together.
Meet at the bottom of Cliftons Point Street (intersection of Middle Bluff Pl) in the Rivercrest Neighborhood. Please bring *water* and *personal lighting/reflective gear* as early morning is now dark. We will do long, slower paced hill progressions on a steeper incline than the Potomac View Rd. tempo pace runs. See you there!
