Join us for tempo drills on Potomac View Rd. Meet in front of the VA Tire and Auto at 5:30 am, we will warm up to Potomac View Rd. to start our workout. Please remember to bring *water* and *personal lighting/reflective gear* as it is now dark in the morning.
